In the days preceding March 4, Burgermaster hinted that a new location would be added to the roster of the five existing 1950s-style drive-in diners.
On Monday, the Washington-based restaurant announced on social media that the new location would replace Issaquah’s Triple XXX Rootbeer Drive-In, which closed permanently on Nov. 29 after serving customers since the 1930s.
While Burgermaster revealed the new location, an opening date is still unknown. The site is at 98 NE Gilman Blvd.
“We’re thrilled to officially announce our newest Burgermaster location is coming soon to the site of the former Triple X in Issaquah! Stay tuned for opening details and get ready to join us as we bring our iconic Burgermaster drive-in experience to this legendary location,” according to Burgermaster’s Instagram post.
