The Village Theatre recently announced the upcoming 2024-2025 featured musicals and plays, dubbing the season’s lineup full of “timeless classics and modern masterpieces.”
The new season will begin Sept. 10 and end July 27, first presenting “Camelot,” transitioning to “Legally Blonde,” “Dial M for Murder” and “Jersey Boys,” and closing with “The Color Purple.”
Each production will play at the Village Theatre, also known as the Francis J. Gaudette Theatre, located at 303 Front St. N., then travel to the Everett Performing Arts Center, located at 2710 Wetmore Ave.
The theater will offer a five-show season subscription with advancing perks at each level — subscriptions range from $190 to $535 to $1,000. All subscriptions include reserved seats, free ticket exchanges within shows, one free show swap, savings on additional single tickets and discounts at participating businesses with a patron rewards card, according to the press release.
In a press release, Artistic Director Adam Immerwahr and Managing Director Laura Lee echoed their enthusiasm for the upcoming season.
“It is a season that brings us timeless treasures long loved and today’s riches newly found,” Lee said. “And most importantly, I can see first-hand from watching Adam’s season selections that it is a season designed for you.”
Immerwahr said as one of the largest theater companies with “top-tier” talent in the region, the theather strives to curate plays and musicals that are captivating, entertaining and heart-filling.
“I can’t wait to share these truly magical, inspiring and dazzling productions with you and your entire family.”
