Issaquah Commons, an open-air community shopping center, announced the addition of three new tenants that will fill empty spaces this year: Fortunato No. 4, StretchLab, and Ms. Saigon Kitchen.

“The addition of these three new tenants showcases the hard work our leasing team has dedicated to finding the very kinds of tenants our shoppers have said they wanted us to add to Issaquah,” said Steve Emery, Senior General Manager for Issaquah Commons.

Fortunato No. 4 is a chocolatier with wholesale clients in 26 countries, which will be making its brick and mortar debut in Issaquah Commons. Fortunato No. 4 uses organically grown and USDA-certified pure Nacional cacao found in Peru, which was thought to be extinct until late 2009.

The chocolatier offers a wide range of chocolates and chocolate products including dark and milk chocolate; hot chocolate mix; chocolate no-bake cookies; dark chocolate covered smores; and chocolate covered almonds and peanuts, among others.

Fortunato No. 4 opened in June and is located between Massage Envy and Simply Nails.

StretchLab is a business that offers wellness services, such as customized assisted stretch sessions for improved sports performance, increased range of motion and flexibility, reduced muscle and joint pain, improved posture, and reduced stress. StretchLab also offers one-on-one sessions and group sessions to assist clients with their range of motion.

The facility is 1,200 square feet and will be located between Waxing the City and Pearle Vision. StretchLab plans to open in late summer or early fall.

Ms. Saigon Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant serving a range of traditional-style meals. The location is 1,600 square feet and located between Pearle Vision and HairMasters. Ms. Saigon Kitchen plans to open in late fall or early winter.

“With the addition of these important new tenants, Issaquah Commons is also proud to announce it is fully leased, a significant milestone for the center and the community we serve,” said Emery.
