Giselle Blanco-Santana is a program associate for the Office of the President’s Reserve Fund. She supports the grantmaking and portfolio analysis of the president’s discretionary grants.

Before Ford, Giselle worked at Open Society Institute for three years as a program operational associate in the Executive Office, supporting the chairman’s and president’s discretionary grantmaking portfolios. Previously she worked in administration for arts higher education and in participatory civic engagement in Brooklyn, New York.

Giselle earned her bachelor of arts in international relations and Latin American studies from Boston University, where she graduated cum laude.
