Issaquah’s annual Salmon Days celebration went swimmingly over the weekend as thousands of festival-goers flocked to the city’s downtown core for music, food and a parade. The 49th annual event honoring the return of salmon to the Issaquah Creek was started in 1969 and has only grown since.
The celebration included a street fair full of vendors, multiple stages with live music and performers, a parade and a carnival located just down the road from main event at Issaquah Valley Elementary School.
